Here's Part 2 of the Matthews Girls and the Talent Show!

Around sunset, Caroline Bek was talking to her cohort and sidekick Macy.
"I heard the Matthews girls in the hall today talking about what their ideas," Caroline said.
"So?"
"They had some great ideas. I can't afford to lose, espicially to Aprilynne. We have to do something."
"Any ideas?"
"Yep."
All of the Matthews were gathering all the items they needed for their films. They made the garage their work area, except for Kirsten, who was in the kitchen baking with Violet-Courtney filming her.
All Sonali needed was her violin. Aprilynne didn't need anything except a soccer ball and her skateboard. And after Elizabeth pulled her pen and legal pad out of her backpack, they realized they didn't need anything more and decided to start helping everyone else.
"Hey, can you grab that paint can?" Chrissa called from a ladder, pointing to the shelf while trying to unhook an old, rusty bicycle down from the ceiling of the garage.
"Sure, but let me help you get that bike down first!" Elizabeth said and went over to where Chrissa was struggling, putting her hands on just the right spot, saving the bike just in time from dropping right on top of them!
Finally, Chrissa got the bicycle propped up against a large wooden board.
"Wow! Thanks! That could have gotten ugly," she said. "Now that I have everything I need to show how to turn an old piece of junk into something amazing, do you think I should I start on my presentation?"
Shaking her head, Aprilynne said, "Nope. You can 't do that without a video camera. Violet-Courtney is still filming Kirsten. At least I think so. Sonali, go check on how they're coming along."
But before Sonali could get up to go inside, the connector door to the house opened up, and Kirsten and Violet-Courtney stepped out.
"My tape is done!" said Kirsten. "Who's next?"
Again, before anyone could answer, the garage door to the outside banged open, and there was Caroline's friend Macy. She crossed the garage, and in the process stomped on a few of the items needed for the girls' videos.
"Um, yeah, RUDE!" Sonali said. "What are you doing in our house?"
"Nothing." Macy minced her way over to where Aprilynne had sat down in a lawn chair and shoved some things into her lap. "Here. These extra tapes and this camera are for you."
"Why?" Aprilynne asked as she turned the camera over. "Where did these come from?"
Macy licked her lips fast. "You know, for the contest-slash-talent show, and from the list that was by the other rules lists on that table after the assembly that told everyone families A-L hand out tapes and cameras, and M-Z, you know."
"Ah. How come we didn't get that sheet?"
"I don't... How should I know? Bye," Macy said, then ran out, slamming the door behind her.
"That was really awkward. Almost suspicious," said Violet-Courtney, shaking her head.
Aprilynne nodded. "I know. Was that supposed to be a joke?"
